Modena Cooking Class - A full day experience!
When it comes to Modena, there is nothing obvious but pasta. Indeed, pasta is not only our favoorite food, making it is a real art. That's what we want to show you today and let you experience. You will be host by Raffaella, an incredible lady first than a great cook, in her welcoming and charming house (located very close to the city center): the perfect ambient where to meet tradition.
Raffaella offers you a full day experience. Everything starts at the central market: choosing the good ingredients is the first lesson! Recognize quality is very important, through the sense of smell and taste. Back home you will be introduce to the local cuisine: practice how to properly weigh and use ingredients and, of course, how to knead and roll the dough! Then you start preparing the filling and side dishes. The class is intentionally kept small for the attention and quality is very high, as you can interact and feel part of it.
It's now time for a little dessert or crescentine (typical modenese bread). Finally, you can taste and enjoy your creations!
