Terrible organización – Retraso de más de media hora para empezar, te cobran el uso de audioguia sin avisarlo previamente ni en la web ni el los email, con malas formas al perdir explicaciones…el tour en sí muy bueno y el guía estupendo.
Posteriormente te contactan porque no están de acuerdo con tu reseña y les baja la media. Para no repetir.
Disappointed by politicized atmosphere despite good tour – Fabio was knowledgeable and the tour itself was fine overall. However, I was disappointed that the guide visibly displayed personal political symbols, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for me. Tours should prioritize an inclusive and neutral environment that feels welcoming for visitors of all nationalities and backgrounds.
Excellent Tour of Florence – We were visiting Florence for the day and decided to do the Free Walking Tour to start our day. After some confusion of which tour group was ours, we were “adopted” by a young lady with a small group. This was very fortunate for us as she explained the Medici family and their influence on Florence – then wove this into the story as we visited various sites. She also gave tips as we went for various things. Highly recommend signing up for these tours, and don’t forget to tip the guides!
