Modena | IIWW Online Tour Experience
From 1943, until the end of the IIWW, Modena was repeatedly and harshly hit by the fascist violence and the Allied bombs. Though the city fought back proudly, it was severely damaged and injured. The partisans finally freed the city on the 22nd of April 1945 - few days before the Allied forces entered in.
Revive the main events of the Second World War that shattered the city: the people's daily life, the harsh bombing, the valiant partizans' actions and the fascist reprisals. Listen to those unprecented stories narrated by our local tour guide.
