Free Walking Tour Genova

I recently tried to book an afternoon tour in Genova with this company . Unfortunately the option to book as a solo traveler was not available (1 person). I emailed back and forth with this company four times. Each response was useless. The inability to book as a solo could not be grasped by the person responding . In the end they did not respond to my final email requesting help to simply book as a solo traveler. I will book with another company. If service from the get go is this poor , it is perhaps best not to book with them at all. If you are a solo traveler look elsewhere , it is not worth the hastle dealing with them.

I would recommend Simona’s tour to anyone. I learned a huge amount about Genoa in under 3 hours. She was interesting and hit the right balance showing us around key places of interest but humanizing it all and sharing stories. We tried pesto and a special Affogato with cream not ice cream. We also walked past the Foccacheria as recommended by Stanley Tucci. Simon’s also gave useful info on the metro etc. She was fantastic!
