Sylvia was very engaging but our group was too large. We had over 50 people and I think others tagged along too. Although Sylvia had a microphone it was hard to hear unless you were at the front, particularly if vehicles were passing.
David was very interesting, knowledgeable and funny.
There is so much history in Verona that he knew.
Almost lost people though in Piazza Erbe, possibly should have used his yellow umbrella more. He knew how many people were in his group, and watched out for each of us.

Our guide was lovely and very knowledgeable, not only did she guide us through the important parts of the city, she also guided us through the history of the city. Highly recommend!
An interesting tour and our guide made a big effort to keep the group engaged and interested. It was a very busy day and so quite noisy and quite hard to keep up although he always waited for everyone before he started speaking
