Chiara was very good. She was very informative and passionate and engaging.
Really disappointed - tour guide did not show up. It took us 15 minutes to get a hold of the company. Only upon chasing were we told the guide was not coming. Those who hadn’t tried to contact, did not receive this message so only knew because of us! Organiser was barely apologetic.
I was a bit sceptical after the other reviews and the quiet was 5 minutes late but it was an amazing tour. Super informative and engaging! Would recommend.
Our favorite guides so far on this trip. She had fantastic humor and a great personality, would recommend her!
We love the free walking tours, but sadly this one was not good at all. Miguel is really kind but lacks of preparation, there was tons of interesting information that someone who lives in Bologna should known. And we found really awful that you take 10 euros fee per person to the guides, we never heard anything like this in more than 10 years that we participate in free walking tours.
