Free Walking Tour Geneva

Discover Geneva on a walking tour designed to help you experience the city’s soul in an authentic and accessible way. This free walking tour takes you through the most iconic spots of the city center, combining breathtaking views, living history, and hidden corners.
We start along the shores of Lake Geneva, in front of the impressive Jet d’Eau, the famous water fountain rising up to 140 meters and one of the city’s main symbols. From there, we walk to the Jardin Anglais to admire the elegant Flower Clock, a Swiss masterpiece made of thousands of seasonal flowers.
The tour then leads into the Old Town (Vieille Ville), through medieval streets, historic buildings, and charming squares. We stop at Place du Bourg-de-Four before reaching St. Peter’s Cathedral, a key site of the Protestant Reformation where John Calvin preached in the 16th century.
We continue through the peaceful Parc des Bastions, home to the Reformation Wall, and finish the tour crossing Place de Neuve in the lively Plaine de Plainpalais, a local area where you can enjoy markets, street food, or simply relax.
