In Ravenna, you can choose between different tour options, depending on your available time and the depth of experience you are looking for.
You may opt for a walking tour of the historic center, focusing only on the exteriors of the main monuments, ideal for discovering the city’s history and its UNESCO heritage without entering the sites.
During this walk, you will pass through the City Darsena, Via Roma, Sant’Apollinare Nuovo, Piazza San Francesco, Dante’s Tomb, Ca’ de Ven, Via Cavour, and the Basilica of San Vitale (exteriors).
If you wish to include Ravenna’s famous mosaics, an additional cumulative entrance ticket (€12.50 per person) is required. During a 2-hour guided tour, it is possible to visit 2 or 3 monuments of your choice with the guide, while the remaining UNESCO sites included in the ticket can be visited independently.
For a more in-depth experience, a 3-hour private tour is available, allowing you to visit all 5 UNESCO monuments with a guide.
