Not free and 40 Euros for non- Italians

Have taken advantage of the free walking tours (with tipping) throughout the world but this is the first advertised that cost 30 Euros each.English guide was late and lackluster in the tour. Would recommend checking out other options before choosing this tour if you have yo pay a set fee.

Indimenticabile

Il tour è stato arricchito dai dettagli inediti che Giuseppe ha condiviso con noi, permettendoci di entrare nel vivo della storia di Matera e lasciandoci con la voglia di approfondirla ulteriormente. In conclusione non possiamo non consigliare questo indimenticabile tour con lui!

La magia di Matera

Un grande grazie a Giuseppe che ci ha fatto scoprire con molta passione e coinvolgimento la città di Matera. Questo tour è stato perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista: racconti e spiegazioni chiari, dettagliati e pieni di enfasi, provenienti da una persona estremamente preparata ed innamorata della sua città. Giuseppe è stato anche molto disponibile e preparato anche rispetto alle nostre domande e su consigli da vero local. Bellissimo e commovente anche l’intervento di Eustachio, un materano doc che ha vissuto la trasformazione della città.

Disappointed

The guide was lovely however.....
1. I booked a 10am tour Arrived on time and told no we don't have a 10am tour come back at 11am No apology given
2. Misleading information. Not free tour but 37 euro!!!!!
Please improve customer service!
