Our guide Rafaella was passionate and knowledgeable about the town and its history. Her English was excellent. Her enthusiasm was infectious! She answered our many questions in great detail. We were only two couples which is a very nice number to fully appreciate a walking tour. We would highly recommend the tour.
NB If going to Lecce by car, parking is a bit hard to find. We planned to park at the station but the car park was full. We found free on-street parking (white spaces) at about a 20 minute walk from the Cathedral square where the tour starts.
Bellissimo tour – Abbiamo effettuato il tour della città in due ed è stato bellissimo. Guida preparata. Super consigliato.
Good tour – Very nice guide and easy to hear. Really enjoyed the museum at the end.
We thoroughly enjoyed it – .
– We were offered the option of booking into this paid for tour as the free walking tour we had originally booked (with the same company) was cancelled. This walk was scheduled for 2 hours but in-fact it ran for only about 1.30hrs which was disappointing.
