On the background of Assisi hamlet, when the evening comes over, what shall we do if not drinking?! During this wine tasting experience, we will escort you to the tavern where you will be served three different types of local wine going along with an assortment of local cold cuts and cheeses. We will discuss the different kinds of grapes that are typical to our local lands and what makes them special compared to other regions of Italy.
