Not to be missed

We were so glad we chose a walking tour of Trieste today rather than an impersonal hop on/hop off bus tour. Giovanni provided just the right amount of information in a really interesting and amusing way, and we enjoyed every minute. He even adapted the route to show us James Joyce places of interest (us being Irish), and his photos were great too. All in all, we'd have no hesitation recommending this tour.

Perfect Tour

I had a wonderful experience today on the walking tour led by Giovanni. He was relaxed, funny, kept things at a nice pace, and provided just the right amount of information. He also gave specific recommendations and I took him up on two of them, the ferry boat to Miramare Castle (very enjoyable) and the recommendation to Gelato Marco - which was mindblowingly good! I highly recommend this tour and this tour guide!
