You can't say you have visited Valeggio without cooking its most famous dish, "Love Knot"!! Join our cooking class and discover the real tradition in a homely atmosphere.

A professional cook will show you the tricks of the trade. At the end of the day you will be able to make the perfect "Love Knot" and obviously take your delicious creations.

Hi, we are interested in joining your class. How it works?

The lesson is made of a short explanation of the traditional dish: tortellini. Then you will learn all  the ingredients, how to stretch the pasta, how is the meat filling and how to create the perfect Love Knot. After lesson, you can sit down in our restaurant and enjoy tortellini dish dressed with sage and butter, water, glass of wine, home-made Sbrisolona tart as a dessert.

Hi, how are you? Is the class performed on individual base or in small groups?

We usually organize small groups for the class. You will meet other people and have fun together. If you wish to take a personal class, please write us and we will findthe way to do it.
