Questions & Answers
Hello! This is Julian, I’m arriving in Bergamo on Thursday evening. I would love to visit the city on Friday morning with you. How does it work?
Ciao Julian and welcome! Free Walking Tour Bergamo runs exclusively on weekend (please check the current schedule). Within two hours you will visit the main landmarks and cultural spots of the city, learn about historical facts and novels. If you can't make it to our scheduled appointments, you can always book our WALK BERGAMO - Your Local Experience in Town. We are at disposal, every day at any hour!
Hi! I’m Mark. How do I get to the meeting point from the train station?
Hi Mark! Look, it's very easy. Piazza Mercato delle Scarpe is right outside the Cable Railway station to Bergamo Alta. We strongly suggest you to take it, as it is a very particular and old cable railway (the price is only 1.3€). Take into consideration at least 30min, because of the queue and the ascent. To get to the Cable Railway, take the big boulevard that begins in front of the train station/airport bus stop. Get all the way ahead (it'a very nice walk) till the road makes a turn. Immediately after you will see the station on your left. It takes around 20/25 min. walking (1.8km)
Hi, we are three friends from Chile. We’ll be in Bergamo next week for a couple of days and we are interested in doing a Free Walking Tour. My friends don’t speak English very well but I have seen in your reviews that one of your guide speaks also Spanish. Would it be possible to do the tour in Spanish instead of English?
Our free walking tour is performed only in English. If you wish to do the tour in Spanish, you can request a private city tour. Contact us for more details about.
