Once upon a time, Modena looked like Venice much more than we can expect today. Through its canals, it was possible to reach the Adriatic sea from the city center by boat. This route aims at exploring places and streets which once were dominated by water. From Via San Pietro, walking across the streets which held the ancient canals, we will reach Piazza Grande, passing by via Canalino, Piazza Roma, the Duke Palace (also known as House of Waters), where we will find the location of the ancient Naviglio (the main city canals). With this Tour, we will discover the ancient water routes of the city and many naturalistic curiosity hidden in front of our eyes.

Hi, thanks for your questions. The displayed dates refers to the appointment we schedule only for italian guests. If you wish to take the tour in english, we would be more than glad to organize it for you. The price might change according to the number of people attending. Take into consideration that 10€ is the price per person for groups around 20/25 people.
