We will pay a visit to Santa Caterina, one of most iconic city character, at the Basilica named after her and slowly enter in Contrada dell'Oca - you will hear about the Palio and the long tradition beneath. We will descend till Fontebranda, magical place, and rise to Piazza Duomo. Santa Maria della Scala, the oldest hospital in the world dominates the square. The tour will end in Piazza del Campo, the beating heart of the Sienese culture and extraordinary architectural scenography in which the famous Palio di Siena takes place twice a year.
